We have always been focused on providing people with knowledge and unbiased advice — but we like to do it in a way that is easy to understand and encourages you to make your decisions with confidence. We wanted to build a mortgage business that cares more for our clients than anyone else, and we think we have done just that.

Mark Ingram
Co-Founder / Mortgage Broker
Mark began his career at one of Canada's largest banks, but quickly realized his passion was in educating clients — not cross-selling products. He found his true calling as a mortgage broker, where he could access a wide variety of lenders and help people in every unique situation. Over the years, Mark has helped hundreds of families across Surrey and Langley achieve their homeownership dreams, and many of those clients have become lifelong friends.
Beyond the office, Mark is an active member of his community, serving as an Off Ice Official. He currently works with the Abbotsford Canucks and has previously lent his expertise to the WHL, as well as the prestigious 2019 World Junior Championships.
When he's not working, his passion is his family — especially his grandkids. He looks forward to many more years at the rink, the ballpark, and dance recitals.
Jeff Ingram
Co-Founder / Mortgage Broker
Jeff truly loves the education aspect of being a mortgage broker. His favourite part of the job is connecting with people, answering their questions, and helping them see their mortgage as a powerful financial asset rather than just a debt. He shares in the excitement — and often the relief — that comes with every approval. Outside of mortgages, Jeff is a high-level referee in the Western Hockey League (WHL), a passion that has taken him to two Memorial Cups and the 2019 World Juniors right here in Vancouver. His wife and two kids are his purpose behind everything, and spending time with them is his true happy place.

Process Manager
Formerly known as the official “problem solver,” or Director of Underwriting on the IMT, I have since transitioned into a new role where I like to refer to myself as the “Smooth Operator,” although my official title is Process Manager where I support our Underwriting team and ensure our lender relationships are always strong. I joined the IMT in 2011 and Jeff and Mark truly have become an extension of my family over the years. When I’m not approving files, I am enjoying life away from the office with my husband and two kids. I may or may not also have a good wheat ale in hand on the weekends.

I’m the newest (and hairiest) member of the Ingram Mortgage Team. Over the last several years I’ve had the pleasure of learning from the best in the business, ultimately joining the IMT in May 2022. I’m the mellow fellow who will ensure that your mortgage journey is as fun as it is stress-free. Nothing makes me happier than being a part of your path to homeownership, finding the most cost-effective financing for the place you’ll call home – where families are made, meals are shared, and lives are lived. Speaking of happiness, when I’m not sitting at the computer turning your mortgage applications into mortgage approvals I’ll be exploring the mountains, forests and beaches with my little family, giggling our days away. My heart is always at risk of bursting with joy given my good fortune to be part of such a marvelous family, both at home and at work.

Being born and raised in BC I still call the beautiful West Coast home and often can be found enjoying the wonders of our backyard, including hiking and paddle boarding in the summer or snowshoeing in the winter or spending time with friends and family and dog, Kleo.

I thrive on the fast-pace and diverse intricacies of the mortgage industry, and I pride myself on ensuring smooth transitions throughout the mortgage process for our clients. In my downtime I like to go on family adventures with my three small children, or you may see me seeking solitude in the middle of a lake on a paddle board.

Hi! I’m Kayley and I’ve been with the IMT since August of 2018. My official title is Mortgage Family Experience Coordinator, but what I actually do is handle all of the little things that make a big difference and make people smile. I love the teamwork that is prevalent amongst us and it truly does feel like a family here. When I’m not sending out awesome client appreciation gifts, I am a multi-sport Special Olympics athlete and a National Athletics medalist. When I’m not training for my events I just like to relax and enjoy some good music and art!
